Essential Job Functions:
§ Plan and discuss with territories Demand Planner and Manager the upcoming releases and campaigns.
§ Execute MRP transactions accordingly, Manufacturing, Buy Back, Rework and Consolidation PO's.
§ Coordinate deliveries, Re-works, buy Backs, Manufacturing and Consolidation Orders. Discuss and ensure with all involved parties requested delivery dates are met.
§ Order, expedite and maintain appropriate inventory levels for all manufacturing components in line with demand plan.
§ Advise and coordinate with territory Distribution in regards to any problems or delays with product on order to ensure the timely arrival of product at our Customers locations.
§ Perform a variety of administrative functions that are essential in supporting the overall Departmental objectives.
§ Ensure inventory postings/goods receipts are posted appropriately
§ Run appropriate inventory reports for territories
§ Monitor warehouse inventory levels to define strategies/opportunities for inventory minimisation and sharing
§ Maintain supplier SLA and KPI reporting
§ Report back to the business opportunities to use obsolescence inventory in one territory against demand from another
§ Agree with the territory SCD and FD what product will be purchased back and at what price they will get back

Experience Required:
At least 2 years experience in an inventory management role and preferably within the Home Entertainment sector.
Analytical skills

Skills Required:
Business Objects, Microsoft Office or other similar systems
Excellent SAP knowledge especially MRP, Inventory Movements/Postings and I-DOC management.
Understanding of Distribution and Manufacturing Logistics
Excellent interpersonal skills
Experience of managing the negotiation of accounts with external suppliers
Strong planning and analysis skills
Strong business acumen
Pre, excellent/native French speaker and writer
Excellent communicational skills both verbally and written and the ability to communicate across all levels of the business both internally and externally.
