Solvency II - ESG expert
An ESG expert is required to take the technical lead working with the BAU team on the transformation of the current ESG production processes to be compliant with Solvency II requirements and the implementation of new risk aggregation techniques.
The main responsibilities of the role will include:
. Incorporate Solvency II and harmonised ICA methodology and resulting capital stresses into the ESG production process
. Work with the BAU team to transform the ESG production process to enable reporting within the required Solvency II timeframes
. Integrate and streamline the ESG process for all parts of the business
. Advise on improvements in infrastructure and automation tools required to achieve the required ESG process efficiencies
. Work with modelling and process teams to understand the different stochastic models in use and the implications on the ESG production process
. Provide technical input into understanding the impacts on existing metrics of changes to the ESG process
. Support the BAU team in the production of ESGs as required
. The client will be using the Barrie & Hibbert ESG so ideally the candidate would have experience of this.
