Description
We are looking for a number of Software Engineers for a 3-6 month contract based in Phoenix.
You will have the following Experience:
Expertise in C and/or ASM programming. A working knowledge of Scripting languages: Perl*, Python*, Bash Shell* and Make. Comfortable with Linux and Windows development environments.
Solid knowledge in and practical experience with firmware architecture.
In depth technical and/or development experience CPU/PCH architecture, and devices including PCIe, SATA, and USB.
Detailed knowledge of firmware/BIOS, OS kernel/drivers, and mobile PC features such as security, power/thermal management with ability to apply skills to root cause, architect, and drive solutions.
Ability to use hardware and software tools (including ITP, LAIs, Kernel debuggers, WPA/Xperf)
Strong programming skills and ability to create software debug tools
Advise on rates and availability on application.
