Description
Qualification Test Engineer needed to work cross-functionally assisting to fill gaps in the development and verification of Embedded software
Responsibilities Include:
- Testcase documentation
- System hardware and software configuration and test automation
- Install and manage software products in Windows, Linux or VMware Operating Systems
- Enterprise SAN environment configuration of storage and Switches
Qualifications:
- Embedded software testing
- Installing hardware drivers on Windows, Linux, VMware or other Unix OS
- Hardware installation including rack mounting Servers, installing PCI and Mezzanine cards, running Ethernet and Fibre cables
- Office and test software including: MS Word, MS Excel, Medusa Test Tools and Mercury Quality Center- Knowledge of Fibre Channel and Network basics
Pluses:
- Testing fibre channel SAN and Networking products
- Experience installing operating systems, driver management and troubleshooting using message logs
- FCoE and iSCSI
