Ihre Aufgaben:
  • Participate as eMarketing project manager within assigned brand team to manage eMarketing initiatives that support brand objectives at each stage of the product lifecycle.
  • Provide strong operational leadership of projects, agencies and processes to ensure that programs are compliantly, consistently on time, and with high quality, Insure that appropriate linkages with other Client programs/systems
  • Prepare all submissions of all digital projects and manage through the approval process
  • Serve as day to day liaison and lead project contact for external partners on behalf of the brand team
  • Manage eMarketing program A&P budgets as agreed with brand management
  • Coordinate across diverse internal resources – including brand managers, offline agencies, IT, sales and market research
  • Ensure full compliance with all Company´s policies/standards and all relevant legal/regulatory guidelines in the delivery of eMarketing programs. Adhere to internal regulatory or compliance guidelines as the effect eMarketing initiatives.
  • Work with eMarketing Manager to proactively propose eMarketing initiatives that drive value based on each brand’s key strategic imperatives for both consumer and physician audiences, including but not limited to: branded and unbranded websites, search engine marketing and optimization, online media, major online sponsorships/partnerships, email and eCRM retention campaigns, ePhysician programs; online research and metrics
  • Identify and source market leading interactive marketing resources/vendors to deliver eMarketing initiatives


Ihre Qualifikation
  • Strong knowledge of online marketing tactics and media, relationship marketing processes, and program measurement methodologies
  • Strong communication skills (presentation abilities, general oral/written skills) and interpersonal skills (organizational influence, teaming skills)
  • Strong operational management skills and ability to ensure quality, timely, compliance delivery
  • Excellent project management skills. Ability to plan, prioritize and execute multiple projects and responsibilities
  • Strong strategic planning and decision-making skills for constructing marketing initiatives to consumer/physician audiences across the continuum of awareness, acquisition, conversion, and retention
  • Ability to work with, communicate with and meet the needs of all levels of management, including product managers, international business units, sales/marketing/medical directors, ISP leadership and country managers
  • Bachelors Degree required
  • eMarketing and/or Relationship/Direct Marketing experience required
  • Proficiency at Sharepoint CMS, user-centered design methodologies, Photoshop
  • Budget reporting and management experience required
