Our client has an opportunity for an experienced Global Development Lead to join their team.
The main duties will involve the following (but not limited to):
- Project start-up and initiation - establish projects by working with stakeholders and project managers to define and document scope and estimates.
- BW Development - Design, build, implement technical solutions to Rio Tinto standards and processes.
- Project reporting - working with project managers to provide status updates on project deliverables.
- Resource management - working with the project managers to ensure resources are planned and utilised in an efficient manner.
- Support of the Solution - providing third level support.
- Leadership & development - Leading and developing a team.
- Continuous Improvement - Continuously improving the reporting solution.
Skills required for the role include: (but not limited to):
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent (D)
- SAP Certified BW Consultant (E)
- SAP Certified ABAP Consultant
- Ability to perform under pressure
- Able to build effective working relationships with peers and stakeholders
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools - Project, Excel, Word, Powerpoint
- Best practice in systems development and support life cycle.
- Best practice in Datawarehouse development
