Description
As a Network Analyst - Voice you will be on a 12 month contract at Younge and Sheppard and working as part of the Network Services team on who are in the process of upgrading their Telephony from Nortel to Avaya. It will therefore be the responsibility of the candidate to provide first and second level telephony support as well as monitor and maintain system stability and maintain system/disaster recovery documentation.
The successful candidate will have experience in either Nortel or Avaya including Nortel CS1000/Option81, BCM, Avaya Communications Manager/Aura, Gateways, IP Office, etc. as well as call centre technologies, VOIP technology, TDM to IP telephony migration and monitoring applications including Verint Impact 360. This person will also have had experience in a Cisco environment (Catalyst , CiscoWorks, BMC, MRTG)
