You will be an experienced Compliance Analyst, Compliance Manager or Compliance Monitor. The role involves conducting reviews of various business areas to assess their compliance with the appropriate regulations, you'll provide regulatory advice to the business areas, report on non-compliance and track compliance issues, report on findings and advise on remedial actions in order to mitigate regulatory risk. You should have a minimum of 3 years experience delivering similar assignments and opinion. If not, please do not apply as your experience will not be suitable for these roles.
First-rate verbal & written communication skills, strong 'people' skills, influencing skills as you could on occassion be delivering a difficult message. Identifying risks & issues, presentating and liaising up to senior levels and with key stakeholders, working with minimal supervision. The role would suit an individual with a mix of compliance and internal audit experience..
