Description
Our Toronto client is seeking an Intermediate Tester for a 6 month contract to start.
Must haves:
3+ years Software Testing experience
Experienced with Manual Testing of Client Server applications
Regression, System Integrated Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance testing (UAT) experience
Understanding of Testing Methodologies; eg Spiral Process Model Tools
Experience using HP Quality Centre or any similar testing tools for the following activities:
Writing Tests
Executing Manual Tests
Raising and Tracking Defects
Experienced with MS Office Tools including Excel spreadsheets Soft Skills
Flexible, Team Player
Quick learner
Detail oriented
Ability to multitask Overtime required as necessary
Nice to haves:
Broadcast Industry experience
Using Citrix gateway to run applications
Testing Certification
College Diploma or University Degree, preferably in the fields of Computer Science or Software Engineering
