Description
A major Semiconductor organisation within The Netherlands has a long term contract requirement for a Team Leader for their Opto Mechanical Imaging Department. As the successful Opto Mechanical Team Leader you will be responsible for taking the lead in running developments as well as coaching and managing the Opto Mechanical Imaging experts. This is an excellent opportunity for an Opto Mechanical Engineer to work with a market leading organisation that has a large focus on innovation and creativity in the Semiconductor Industry.
Role and Responsibilities:
. Take lead in running developments and troubleshooting
. Coaching and daily management of Opto Mechanical Imaging experts
. Create and execute road maps and plans related to the project
. Development of Opto Mechanical Imaging competences
. Integration and incorporation of externally designed modules from OEM partners/co-developers
Ideal Level of Experience:
. Experience in leading project teams in a complex technical environment
. Technical University degree, masters or PhD in mechanical engineering
. Ideally at least 10 years of relevant working experience
. Knowledge of precision engineering, adhesion technology, static load design and high precision alignment
Candidates will need to demonstrate:
. Free movement around the European Community
. Excellent organisational skills accompanied with high communication skills
. Driven, ambitious and tenacious personality
. A strong background and experience in Opto Mechanics
