Incident Manager - Media
My Client is a leading media company in London. They are currently looking for an experienced Incident Manager to help initiate Incident Management into a technology department.
The role is based in London and I am particularly looking for:
- an experienced Incident Manager
- experience of implementing incident management processes in a variety of technology environments
You must have experience of designing and launching an incident management function. Experience with a top tier consultancy or a large media organisation will be extremely beneficial. You will be responsible for ensuring that new processes are understood by all within the business area and will be a tenacious, self starter who uses their own initiative to deliver results.
