Looking for candidates with strong SQL and Oracle skills and have worked with Compuware and local to NYC*

Minimum Requirements :
2-5 Years of relevant work experience testing mission critical applications.
Knowledge of web and non web applications architecture.
Experience with Oracle 10G or Higher versions
Working knowledge of Automated test tools (Compuware preferred).
Grey box testing experience.
Strong working knowledge of Excel and Word

Area Overview:
Service Validation and Testing (SVT), which is part of the Technology Service Group (TSG) organization, is a testing center of excellence within the client. SVT tests numerous applications for the client and works with both development and testing organizations.
Job Description: QA Tester, responsibilities include:
* Developing and executing formal test plans to ensure the delivery of quality software applications.
Primary job duties: Test planning, writing test cases/scripts, test case automation and test execution.
* Defining and tracking quality assurance metrics such as defects, defect counts, test results and test status.
* Collecting and analysing data for software process evaluation and improvements, and integrates them into business processes to address the needs of the business.
* Documenting all problems and assists in their resolution.
