E-learning Advisor/Programme Co-ordinator - Blue Chip Commodities Firm - Sunbury

My client, a leading global blue chip company (Oil and Commodities), requires a Programme Co-ordinator/E-learning Advisor to join their team for an initial 6 month contract.

Role

  • Provide design, administration and maintenance support for a range of on-line resources within the Companies In-house training 'University' including: R&M Finance L&D website, Unlocking Cash website, and CFO Excellence website
  • Liaise with Companies In-house training 'University' Portal administrator to ensure consistency and coherence with affiliated websites
  • Conduct research into new E-learning and virtual technologies, building in the first instance, on the companies approved technologies and liaising with relevant teams across the group to ensure best practice is transferred to the Companies In-house training 'University'.
  • Work with the CFO Excellence programme director to develop an appropriate sustainable solution for on going development of the CFO population through virtual learning
  • Assist all Companies In-house training 'University' faculty leads in building an approach to E-learning content for relevant programmes
  • Provide design, administration and maintenance support for the Companies In-house training 'University' interactive learning maps, understanding the architecture and maintenance requirements for this application.
  • Provide design, administration and maintenance support for the Unlocking Ca$h sharepoint site, which is used by a number of internal and external facilitators.
  • Liaise with external E-learning suppliers and faculty leads in building new content and ensure a sustainable solution is maintained internally
  • Liaise with the WebLearn team on reports for eLearning taken, loading up new courses and updates to existing courses
  • Be the focal point for the development of the administration and implementation of blended learning programmes
  • Support the Companies In-house training 'University' on a variety of marketing and communication initiatives, providing input on design and use of on-line resources to promote learning programmes.

Experience of the following will be a bonus:

Technical Skills: Content Management System, Sharepoint, core HTML coding, knowledge of Sharepoint-driven websites, use of website content management systems. Experience with WebAdvantage, Adobe Connect Pro, CMS Content Centre Professional Unica NetInsight, Moodle ideal. Experience with photo-editing software, Flash considered a plus.
