My client, a growing subsidiary of an international business, is looking for someone to offer some expertise around resourcing the right talent in this time of expansion.
They have just created a new Organisational Design for how the structure of the business will look in the next two years - although this may change slightly. They now need someone to analyse that and use it to create the Resourcing Strategy for how they will attract the right talent. This strategy will include funding, skillsets, lead time and the critical path to resource.
The successful individual must have done this type of assignment previously and will be able to demonstrate a proven track record of expertise in this area. Ideally you will have a toolset that you regularly use and will have worked in a corporate organisation.
Interviews will be held on the 18th October. Verbal references will be taken prior to CV submission.
