Looking for a Website Advisor and Programme Co-ordinator with experience of Project Management and project delivery along with core HTML coding, Sharepoint, web CMS, Web Advantage.

This role within the Financial University is tasked with creating and maintaining website and virtual learning resources for Finance professionals. It is expected that the successful candidate will be able to provide advisory support on on-line learning environments for a range of financial L&D programmes and faculty. The Financial University is looking to significantly enhance the provision of virtual learning training and development opportunities for its target population and increasing the provision of blended learning solutions.

The role will also be responsible for providing project management support for the ongoing delivery of the CFO Excellence programme. This programme comprises three residential modules and other virtual leaning components. It is aimed at the top 200 Finance leaders globally.

Essential criteria & qualifications
Project management and project delivery expertise. Solid project management experience in a learning and development environment. Experience in working with a range of external suppliers, including business schools. MS Excel and PowerPoint to a relatively advanced level is essential.
At a minimum; core HTML coding, knowledge of Sharepoint-driven websites, use of website content management systems. Experience with WebAdvantage, Adobe Connect Pro, CMS Content Centre Professional Unica NetInsight, Moodle ideal. Experience with photo-editing software, Flash considered a plus.
Experience across a range of virtual meeting systems (Webex NetMeeting, LiveMeeting, Adobe Connect Pro) as minimum. Knowledge of internal video-conferencing or telepresence systems advantageous.
Awareness of the Learning Development life cycle and eLearning standards.
Evidence of exposure to instructional design, or similar considerations
Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively with senior leaders – eg. CFO level participants of the CFO Excellence programme.
Proven communications and relationship-building skills
Evidence of working as part of a team as well as on their own on initiatives.
A high degree of organisational and time management skills with strong self-motivation

Desirable criteria & qualifications
Experience with NetInsight ideal.
