Role: Maintenance Technician/Engineer
Location: Lingfield, Surrey
Our client a charity dealing with young people with Epilepsy that have over 100 buildings including schools and colleges in over 200 acres requires a general maintenance engineering to help maintain the Site.
You will need to be experienced with:-
- General Maintenance
- Minor Electrical maintenance
- Minor Mechanical Maintenance
- Minor building maintenance
including, door closers, unblocking sinks, replacing light bulbs and general building maintenance.
Applicants who are already CRB check would be advantageous.
