Job Summary:
The Accounts Receivable team are responsible for the management of the Group's global accounts receivable functionality, co-ordinating activities to provide an efficient, well controlled process which minimises manual intervention.

Reporting to the Accounts Receivable Business Delivery Supervisor the successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with accounts receivable functions. The role will involve daily use of the Advantage Fees system for which there is currently a project underway to extend its capability. This role is likely to have some involvement in that project.

Key Responsibilities:
As well as providing assistance in development of processes and policies and ensuring the smooth running of this function:
Production of and ensuring accuracy of monthly accruals
Production and checking of invoices
Liaise with business and clients to resolve queries
Liaising with overseas offices in relation to the support of Advantage including data changes and invoice production
Assisting with all Advantage data changes
Maintenance of procedure documentation
Ensuring that client files are kept up to date
Reconciliations between in house systems to ensure completeness of client invoicing

Person Profile:
The successful candidate will have a strong background in an Accounts Receivable function and will be able to:
Work closely as part of a team
Ability to manage and organise their own workload
Enthusiastic, proactive and using their initiative
Willingness to learn

Experience and Skills:
Numerate
Systems literate with strong IT skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills, ability to build strong relations with the business
Previous billing experience ideally within the asset management industry would be beneficial
Good knowledge and understanding of the Advantage billing system would be an advantage though not essential

Education and Qualifications:
A graduate with a higher level maths qualification (A'level or similar)
