DESCRIPTION

The Sales Assistant will perform multi-step ordering process that requires the use of web based tools/forms and email. Conduct quality check on orders to verify accuracy and completeness. May need to consult with sales and other departments to gather necessary information/documents. Will be responsible for order tracking milestones. Maintain consistent adherence to scorecard metrics. Escalate as necessary to ensure performance levels are maintained. Will also provide status to sales/customer throughout ordering process.

Qualifications:
  • Must have 3 years of experience supporting a sales team
  • Professional written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage numerous projects
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills
  • Flexibility - ability to adjust work load for needs
  • Multi-tasking skills
  • Detail oriented
  • Customer contract skills
  • Good attendance
  • Ability to update/maintain a spreadsheet
  • Willing to escalate to get information needed
