Description
DESCRIPTIONThe Sales Assistant will perform multi-step ordering process that requires the use of web based tools/forms and email. Conduct quality check on orders to verify accuracy and completeness. May need to consult with sales and other departments to gather necessary information/documents. Will be responsible for order tracking milestones. Maintain consistent adherence to scorecard metrics. Escalate as necessary to ensure performance levels are maintained. Will also provide status to sales/customer throughout ordering process.
Qualifications:
- Must have 3 years of experience supporting a sales team
- Professional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage numerous projects
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills
- Flexibility - ability to adjust work load for needs
- Multi-tasking skills
- Detail oriented
- Customer contract skills
- Good attendance
- Ability to update/maintain a spreadsheet
