WE ARE IN NEED OF AN ETL TEAM LEAD IN DEERFIELD, IL. WILL INTERVIEW THIS WEEK. THIS IS AN URGENT NEED AND PAYS UP TO 70/HR!

Function in the role of Application Architect and provide long-term strategy in the areas of ETL, Data warehousing and reporting applications.

Provide vision, strategic direction, development, and oversight of business operations for Sales and Marketing departments for all data and information related initiatives.
Provide application and development support for the areas such as: ETL, DW and Reporting applications.
Effectively leverage Onshore/Offshore Support Model for both application support as well as Enhancement and Project work.
Ability to effectively manage a team of 15 resources.
Work directly with client resources to determine needs, goals, objectives, and budget. Based on these needs, develop process and technology infrastructure requirements.
Responsible for prioritizing, planning and managing complex ETL and Data warehousing projects.
Publish operational dashboards and Visual Scorecards for the Client.
Standardize Demand Management process for requesting, documenting and tracking enhancement and project requests.
Leverage release cycle methodology and established best practices.
Responsible for all the data feeds for all the complex operational (Siebel CRM, Aggregate Spend, Customer Master, Salesforce.com) and DW system (IMS Sales, ModelN Contract data, Medimedia formulary, Forecast data).
Participate in RFP process and vendor tool selection process for Information Management (ETL and BI) and CRM (Salesforce.com) on an as-needed basis
Ability to work sometimes in an ambiguous environment.
Strong interpersonal skills (ie effective listening, communication, relationship-building, etc.).

SKILLS REQUIRED:
Applicant must have at least 3-5 years of experience with Datawarehouse tools and platforms, specifically DataStage and/or Netezza
Applicant must have the ability to effectively manage resources and have experience functioning in an On/Off-Shore delivery model. Project management experience (ie create project plans, report status to clients and management and be able to manage their time and work with little or no supervision (be a self starter)
Applicant will have to interact with the ELT Technical Support team, as well as the client business personnel
Applicant will need to be able to deal in a complex technical environment and think on their feet when confronted with technical problems.
This is a client-facing role, with a lot of visibility to the Astellas business. Role is part of the application management leadership team for this account.
