6 month project in Ohio.We are looking for an Absence Management ESS resource, who has end-to-end implementation experience, specifically with the following:
-Working with functional users to understand and validate functional requirements.
-Configuring Absence Management for use in ESS
-Experience with Component Interface
-Experience with Online PeopleCode
-Experience with Approval Workflow Engine
-Experience with Position Management
-System Testing Absence Management
-Ability to identify, leverage and implement delivered Absence Management processes/functionality.
-Strong communication skills.
-Analytical thinker and problem solver.
-Follows industry standards for design, development, unit testing, and system testing.
-Self-starter who is goal driven.
-International Experience, a plus.
