Support Worker

Description

SWIIS Healthcare is urgently seeking community and residential based mental health and learning disability support workers required in the Bristol, Wiltshire, Gloucestershire and South West region

You will be offered the opportunity to work varied shifts which will include night and weekend work, however for the purpose of registration you will be expected to commit to a minimum of 3 shifts per week and be available at times for short notice work.

SWIIS currently have a range of client groups who offer both full and part time flexible hours and an opportunity to become part of an ongoing Rota.

Essential Requirements
At least 1 years recent experience in a similar field
An understanding and knowledge of working in a person centred manner
A creative approach to empowering service users to achieve their goals
A commitment to the care and well being of service users
Dedication to continued professional and personal development
