DESCRIPTION
The Energy Analyst will work closely with and support program administrators and commercial and industrial customers to identify, quantify, and develop energy conservation measures/projects.

Responsibilities
  • Review and analyze proposals submitted by vendors and contractors for energy conservation measures.
  • Work with commercial and industrial customers, engineers, contractors, and third party service providers to assure proper implementation of energy conservation measures, including inspection and verification of completed projects.
  • Process rebate applications and perform basic energy savings calculations.
  • Perform implementation activities including project tracking and reporting of energy conservation projects.

Qualifications
  • Must have a Baccalaureate degree or a minimum 3 years related work experience in the energy efficiency industry.
  • Certified Energy Manager (CEM) certification and or Engineer in Training (EIT) certificate desired.
  • Strong computer skills, including a working knowledge of Excel, Word, and Power Point.
  • Possible driving (meetings/field work) so must have a Valid/Clean Driving Record.
  • Must have valid drivers license & insurance. Will use own vehicle for travel but can be reimbursed for mileage.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects/tasks and excellent written and verbal communication skills is required.
