DESCRIPTIONThe Contractor will support direct mail direct response channel sales representatives by performing order entry, order research, and customer follow up (over the phone).
Responsibilities
- Perform order entry support for orders generated by the sales team.
- Access, input, and retrieve information from company databases, demonstrating proficiency in the use of multiple information systems and applications available to service an order or a customer.
- Interface with customers via telephone in order to provide a quality customer experience.
- Support with recent customer orders.
- Provide rate plan, feature, promotion, equipment, activation, programming and technical issue support for customer orders.
- Inbound and outbound follow up with customers to ensure 100% customer satisfaction.
- Maintain expert knowledge of plans, offers, promotions, policies and procedures, across multiple regions and markets.
