Project Manager
£550 - £650 day
Retail Banking client requires an experienced Project Manager with Lean and Six Sigma to support mobilisation of Key strategic initiatives.
Job Purpose:
To support the Bank in shaping the future of the business, such that the business achieves a step change in performance (customer service, productivity, efficiency) and realises its strategic goals for our customers and our people.
To successfully manage and deliver significant end-to-end improvements to key servicing and operational processes using Project Management and process improvement techniques (eg Lean), working with different parts of the group as required.
To take ownership of the development of target designs for key BB e2e processes, across channels, customers and people.
Provide a key management role in the Corporate Bank Operations Change Management team in providing business sponsorship and design governance responsibilities.
Skills Required:
Experience in stakeholder management at a senior level.
Awareness of key drivers of service excellence and operational efficiency.
Financial and commercial awareness.
Understanding of and exposure to project management disciplines, frameworks and techniques.
Results driven approach to execution
Awareness of the external CB marketplace.
A positive and "can do" approach.
Ability to see beyond the status quo and think laterally.
Ability to deliver to challenging deadlines.
Knowledge of process improvement techniques and expertise, such as Lean and Six Sigma
Knowledge of business strategy/target operating model
This role requires a proven Business Analyst with Lean and Six Sigma to undertake a strategic position with an established team.
