Fantastic and immediate opportunity for an experienced Pricing Analyst/Reserving Analyst with solid technical skills in SAS and R to join a leading UK employer. This is a great chance to get your foot in the door with one of the most highly-regarded businesses in the country.
An initial 6-month contract, you would be working on a motor reserving project, so will ideally have solid motor experience. Technical skills required are SAS and R-squared.
You will be a part-qualified Actuary with a good understanding of General Insurance and have passed a number of the exams, ideally up to and including ST7 (General insurance: reserving and capital modelling. Specialist technical).
This is based in a great location with easy access to transport links and is commutable from locations such as Manchester, Oldham, Leeds, Halifax, Huddersfield, Cheshire.
