Primary ongoing responsibilities for this position are: BizTalk environment support for Incident Management and Problem Management, Change Management, and Request Fulfillment Regular housekeeping including performance tuning, participation in disaster recovery, support of website/web services, SQL queries, BizTalk Administration activities including but not limited to: deploy BizTalk Applications, configure hosts and host instances, deploy and manage business rules, configure and administer a clustered BizTalk environment with multiple message boxes.

Overtime: straight time

Minimum 3-5 years experience in a Microsoft based distributed environment
Minimum 1-3 years of BizTalk experience (any combination of 2006R2, 2009, and 2010)
Minimum 1-3 year experience developing and consuming Web Services using .NET and C#
Minimum 1-3 year experience with XML, XSLT, VISIO, and TFS
Minimum 3-5 infrastructure experience including but not limited to: Wintel server configuration, software installations, performance monitoring, production and Disaster Recovery support
Proven technical aptitude with the ability to learn new systems and quickly apply their learnings
Process oriented with strong analytical and problem solving skills
Excellent written/verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently as well as interact with multiple IT teams and business customers
A self-starter who has displayed initiative to take action and achieve goals beyond what is required.
