Our client is looking for innovative problem solver with a background in user experience design, and a desire to contribute to the design and experience of several sites.
Building an Information Architecture and pilot site launch for a small set of employees at a company.
You will be working on a customer facing, experience for consumer Sales Platform.
A successful candidate will be able to conceptualize and drive solutions for new challenges in UX Design and the visualization of large amounts of data.
Responsibilities involve collaboration with multi-disciplinary teams to define the goals of a project, target users of the project, users mental models, product/feature definitions, storyboarding, interaction and wireframe design; working with usability to understand user issues and exploring design solutions to meet those needs; providing detailed user interface design specifications; supporting the vision of a consistent "look and feel" in the product suite according to the overall Solution design and strategy, looking for synergy with other products; and driving excellence in the final visual details of our products.
Required Basic Qualifications:
6+ years industry experience in UX Designer role in the consumer space
Proven background in presenting and gaining approval on designs with various levels of executives
Ability to work effectively in an environment that has some level of ambiguity because of the new nature of the work (for the entire industry)
6+ Architecture experience required
Strategic thinking skills needed to create solid design solutions that balance business needs and user scenarios
Previous experience with basic wireframes
Proficient in various design software tools for prototyping (static & motion) and designing online materials
Demonstrated experience designing the user experience of complete information systems (not just screens or individual features) including wireframes, workflows, transitions, and final visuals
Demonstrated strong project management, written and oral communication, and presentation skills
Proven success working closely with program management, engineering, QA, graphic designers, and user researchers
Previous E-Commerce experience is a plus
