A risk consultancy is looking for a Business Analyst/Data Analyst to support the transaction structuring team on site at one of their biggest banking clients. The successful consultant will have a coordination responsibilities to bring together portfolio DATA for Residential Mortgages. The scope for the data will cover risk and performance data, key to determining a fair price for the selling of those assets.
The consultant must have a good understanding of residential mortgage products and how performance for such product can be measured in terms of payment profiling. The focus of the candidates experience should on data tapes production (defining data requirements, liaising with key data sources, coordinating the consolidation of data sets of which reports can be produced). Candidates should also have good data manipulation skills using Microsoft Office or SAS.
The project will be for 3-6 months with an immediate start.
