Oracle Consultant to provide deep technical and strategic support on Oracle Enterprise Single Sign-on platform, and Oracle Access Manager (OAM).

The assigned resources will be tasked with providing Tier 3 operational and engineering support of the solution. The resources will also be able to scope and support as the technical lead various projects to expand the capabilities of the implementation. Resources will be engaged only during local business hours for up to eight (8) hours per day with forty (40) hour weeks.

Key responsibilities of the team include the following:

Provide implementation strategy and product integration expertise for the following initiatives:
o Oracle Enterprise Single sign-on (eSSO) for enterprise application Servers
o Web Single Sign-on (Web-SSO) for and federated internal as well as externally hosted web applications.
Develop Architecture documentation based on customer requirements product specifications and industry best practice.
Provide architectural, implementation and operational support for Oracle Access Management environment.
o Troubleshoot OAM related application issues
o Development of OAM SAML integration code and application integration methods
o Development of OAM WebGates rules, roles and policies as needed
o Development support for issues related to SAML integration points for applications and web server connectivity
Provide architectural, implementation and operational support for Oracle Enterprise Single Sign-on environment.
o Troubleshoot eSSO Synchronization Manager, Provisioning Gateway, Authentication Manager, Password Reset, and other eSSO Components.
Provide strategic recommendations and guidance on rationalizing services, including combining, decommissioning, or expand services
Provide stewardship of OAM and eSSO enabled applications, with the ability to address technical issues in the capacity of a level 3 support desk
Act as a bridge to ensure knowledge is documented and not lost on staff turnover

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

5+ years working in the identity space with provisioning and entitlement management solutions
2+ years technical expertise with Single Sign on and Oracle ESSO products
Must have demonstrated strong troubleshooting skills
Must be a team player with ability to work under pressure
Technical programming background (J2EE, C++, JAVA, XML, PERL, SAML, etc.).
Must have excellent analytical skills, have the ability to multitask
Solid understanding of identity management, single sign on, and security concepts.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills along with strong technical skills
Must be able to interact with technical levels within our clients organization
Strong leadership qualities are a must; must demonstrate initiative to take ownership, to challenge assumptions, and to propose creative solutions to specific customer challenges
Education
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or related field with minimum 7 years of experience.
