Our client, A Global IT Services Company is looking for a Sales Support Analyst to join their Macquarie Park based team.
This will be an Entry level role, with the opportunity for training in relevant systems and processes. This role supports the New Business Reporting Team in day-to-day activities in particular:

Assist the BMS Operations Manager in the daily operations of the Bid Management System, PulsePoint global CRM system and facilitation of the e2e Sales Process by the:
- Organisation and administration of Sales Process Governance reviews.
- Administration tasks for BMS system and PulsePoint CRM system;
- First Level Support of BMS users;
- PulsePoint data input review and validation
- Back-up for the BMS Operations Manager role to cover absences
- Management and administration of data for Australia in the global PulsePoint SAP Client Relation
Assist the New Business Reporting Consultant (Cognos) in the following areas:
- First Level Support of new, and existing New Business Dashboard users;
- Maintenance of existing reports as required by the business;
- Assist the New Business Reporting Consultant with the development of new reports
- Back-up for the New Business Reporting Consultant role to cover absences
- General business knowledge and experience
- Business and/or process analysis knowledge and experience
- Change methodology training
- Experience in Bid, Sales and/or Customer Service environment highly desirable
- System data administration experience desirable
- Cognos and reporting design skills desirable
