A Senior Murex Business Analyst is required for a fast paced and interesting Global Investment Bank. The position will be based in London and will offer a very exciting Salary. The Client is regarded as one of the most energetic, competitive and fast paced places to work; expanding whilst the competition is shrinking. The client is requiring solid Murex experience with functional knowledge of cash equities and electronic trading including DMA, Algorithmic and portfolio trading. Some exposure to technologies such as: C#, Java, SQL server would be preferential, however not necessary. Located in the heart of the city, you will be right in the centre of the communications hub at Liverpool Street. Excellent transportation, only a 2 minute walk from Moorgate Tube station, as well as being in the heart of London’s exciting financial district. 

My client is looking a Senior Murex Business Analyst who has experience with:

·         Have had detailed exposure to Murex 2.11 in an investment banking environment.
·         Used Murex in two or more of: Commodities, IR, Credit, Equities Environment Management
·         Possess a detailed understanding of the needs of product control and risk functions                                                                                                         
·         Have had exposure to Murex in a multi region environment
·         Have a detailed understanding of Swap, Option, Futures, Repos and structured products
·         Have a proven ability to manage small projects
·         Have a proven ability to build relationships with Key stakeholders
·         Have excellent working knowledge of SQL and VBA
·         Possess the ability to work to aggressive timescales
·         Have a proven ability to understand the dependencies with a multi layered EoD batch process and to redesign safely
·         Have exposure to Murex Back Office processing configuration
It would be desirable for you to possess the following skills:

·         Exposure to Murex 3.1
·         Participation in the 2.11 to 3.1 migration process
·         Exposure to FLEX technologies
·         Experience in capturing key test criteria and managing testing process
·         Demonstrable leadership credentials
