Key responsibilities will include:
- Establish the PMO function including recruitment of PMO administrative staff and project managers.
- Develop PMO processes including project templates in alignment with a project methodology.
- Drive the creation and manage the execution of project management plans and schedules and develop strategies to manage multiple projects across a program.
- Develop metrics to measure project/program effectiveness and manage expectations through the preparation of program reports for the executive with an emphasis on risk and finances.
- Proven track record in the development of PMO processes
- High level of knowledge of program/project management methodologies
- Proven track record in the ongoing management of a large PMO supporting large business change programs.
- Strong written and oral communication, negotiation and liaison skills with a proven ability to establish and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external
