Description
A benefits management and cost analysis expert is required to support the assessment strand of the ISTAR Concepts and Solutions (ICS) Programme.
The contractor is expected to design and implement benefits management and cost analysis approaches that support the development of ISTAR Applied Concepts throughout their life cycles.
The contractor shall be based in Wiltshire and will work closely with members of Sensors & Countermeasures, Information Management, Land & Battlefield Systems and Policy and Capability Studies and together with the ICS prime Industry contractor.
Customer engagement and project strategy will be provided by existing members of the clients ICS Team.
Essential Criteria
Security clearance - SC.
Expert in benefits management (problem elicitation, benefits mapping, modelling and assessment)
Expert in cost analysis
Understanding of ISTAR applied concepts
Able to work with minmal supervision and in close association with the Dstl staff and their industry prime contractor
A track record of delivery
Desirable Criteria
Understanding of ISTAR DCPD process
Understanding of the DLODS
You will be required to hold a minimum of SC security clearance. If you do not hold an active SC clearance please familiarise yourself with the vetting process before applying.
