Our client, a large Insurance Company, is seeking a DotNetNuke Web Manager for their location in Alpharetta, GA. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of seven (7) years of web experience, four years of DNN experience and at least two (2) years of building custom DNN modules. His or her area of expertise will be in DotNetNuke Module Development, C#, ASP.NET, HTML, JavaScript. Strong understanding of architecting new processes and features, managing source code, executing web service calls, and an in-depth knowledge of Microsoft Platforms especially administering and configuring IIS. He or she will also have strong Google Analytics and usability knowledge and will be as much as a visionary, as a tactical implementer.
No travel required. Minimal education: College Degree
Job Responsibilities include:
Build and install custom dotnetnuke (DNN) modules for the companys websites.
Troubleshoot all web-related technical issues.
Development and maintenance of web-based applications; including all aspects of software development and life cycle management documentation (ie, requirements analysis, design, development, testing, integration, and deployment).
Heavily analyze Google Analytics and DNN information to identify what is happening on the site. Implement changes to improve usability and stickiness.
Understand basic SEO; add all on-page code (Title Tags, H1-H6, ALT Text, etc.).
Help execute A/B split testing for page content, headlines, future shopping cart functionality, etc.
Build forms and test their effectiveness in terms of conversions.
Work directly with Product Management/Product Development to integrate Back End functionality
Job Requirements
Expert on dotnetnuke
Experience building multiple types of custom dotnetnuke modules
Intimate knowledge and hands-on experience with C#/.NET, ASP.NET, Microsoft SQL Server, HTML, AJAX, .NET
Proven problem-solving ability; ability to think critically, assess options and advise management on technical options and recommendations
Solid Object Oriented analysis and design experience using C#
Can manage technical integration with Back End logic and third-party APIs.
Familiarity of browser and platform compatibility using HTML, CSS and JavaScript.
Excellent consultative & technical problem solving skills (programming or consulting experience in a Professional Services organization a plus but not required)
Experience working as a positive, proactive, contributing member of the team, within all levels of the organization, internally and externally.
Will work directly with product management to make sure the Front End integrates with the back-end.
