Programme Manager, Finance Change, Product Control, Front to Back Transformational Change

My client, a leading Investment Bank, has a requirement for a Senior Programme Manager with a wealth of experience delivering multi million pound programmes of work within Finance, preferably on large scale front to back transformational programmes within Investment Banking. In this position you will have overall responsibility for the delivery of multiple complex streams of work from trade capture through to sub ledger and will be required to demonstrate your ability to run high profile global programmes. This will involve delivering complex pieces of work to tight deadlines, presenting to senior stakeholders and Regulators on a regular basis, acting as the main point of contact for the bank in regards to this programme and managing 100+ indirect reports as well as the budget. This is a high profile piece of work and requires a candidate with a high level of seniority as well as a proven track record of delivery.

To be successful in this role you will need:

  • A proven track record of delivery as an end to end Programme Manager within complex front to back Finance transformational programmes
  • Strong understanding of the complexities of Finance within Investment Banking from Trade Capture through to Sub Ledger
  • Proven experience of delivery on high profile global programmes within Investment Banking
  • Proven ability to manage multiple resources and multi million pound budgets
  • Proven ability to present to senior stakeholders and Board members
  • Experience dealing with external Regulators highly beneficial
