VoIP ENGINEER
My client designs, builds and manufactures state of the art satellite systems commercially and for the MOD.
They require engineers for the STF test programme.
You need to have operational backgrounds (not test) with history of working in the customer supporting roles in large enterprise/Service Provider networks.
Must be capable of working on your own and also be able to liaise with other departments and teams on technical issues.
Must be able to demonstrate a mixture of the following skills:-
Cisco VoIP Engineer with experience of Installation, upgrade and administration of Cisco UCM version 7 or 8 ( prefer 8), experience with multi cluster deployments, user mobility, bulk loading via SOAP AXL interface, Pre-emption, CAC
Understanding of Sip Trunks, SIP Proxy, SIP call routing, IP QoS.
Cisco networking skills (CCNA level of skill) Cisco media gateways, Tcl Scripting, ISDN and PABX interworking
Must be willing to work extra hours as required, these may include evenings and weekends.
