EMEA HR Service Delivery Lead/EMEA IT Service Delivery Manager required. My client, one of the worlds biggest companies, is looking for an experiences HR Operations Lead/IT Operations Manager to join them on a permanent basis.
The IT Operations Lead/HR Service Delivery Manager will be responsible for bridging the gap between the HR part of the business and the (outsourcsd) IT support function, liaising with HR Managers across the EMEA region and ensuring their needs are being met.
The ideal EMEA Service Delivery Lead/EMEA Service Delivery Manager will have previous experience of working in a Service Delivery or Operations role within an ERP environment (SAP Service delivery Lead, Oracle Service Delivery Lead etc) but technology is not the key here. It would also be desirable for the IT Operations Lead/HR Service Delivery Manager to have knowledge of HR business processes and ITIL methodology, but again this is not essential. Training will be provided in areas where you have limited experience.
What is key is that the HR Operations Manager/IT Service Delivery Manager is able to communicate with and build relationships senior stakeholders within the business as well as manage the relationship with a 3rd party support partner. Due to the international nature of this position the Service Delivery Lead/Service Delivery Manager must have previous experience of working for big multinational companies with an international footprint.
