Our client is a financial systems software house providing E-commerce for front, middle and Back Office treasury dealing to major financial institutions around the globe.

Job Purpose
Working within the administrative team in a busy office environment, providing clerical and reception duties.

Responsibilities will include:
* To provide refreshments for external and internal meetings.
* Distribute lunch orders to meeting rooms.
* Ensure that the kitchen and meeting rooms are kept clean and tidy.
* Ensure that equipment within meeting rooms is in good working order.
* Assist with photocopying, and binding tasks.
* Collect lunch orders.
* Reception cover
* Distribute all incoming mail, and to co-ordinate all out going post and couriered items, both domestic and International mail. Ensuring that all outgoing mail & shipments are logged accordingly on to the system.
* To carry out such other duties as may be determined from time to time within the general scope of the post.

Experience/Requirements
The ideal candidate should possess the following experience and qualities:
* The ability to work and communicate well as part of a team.
* Should be a reliable and trustworthy individual.
* Able to understand and follow simple procedures and instructions.
* Computer literate, basic experience with Microsoft packages such as Outlook, Excel is essential
