SAP Change and Release Analyst/SAP Change and Configuration Analyst with ITIL experience required. My client, one of the worlds biggest companies, has a very complex and robust SAP system. They are looking for an SAP Change and Release Analyst/SAP Change and Configuration Analyst with ITIL experience to join their internal support team on a permanent basis.
The SAP Change and Release Analyst/SAP Change and Configuration Analyst will be responsible for monitoring SAP Change Requests and following their flow from receipt through to update and release into the live SAP system. The SAP Change and Release Analyst/SAP Change and Configuration Analyst should have previous experience of working in an SAP Service Management environment, ideally working to ITIL methodology, and will be able to understand, assess and monitor the impact of individual system changes on the broader SAP environment.
The SAP Change and Release Analyst/SAP Change and Configuration Analyst will work alongside and manage third party support providers, ensuring that changes to the SAP system are currently processed and tested before being released into a live SAP environment.
