The Finance Analyst will be working within the IT & Ops team delivering Financial processes.

Skills required:-
- Strong Excel knowledge
- Experience producing MI
- Strong presentation skills for producing MI
- Ability to manage own workload & maximise efficiency
- Process IT & Operations invoices and credit notes, ensuring they are appropriately authorised and allocated to the correct codes before being passed to accounts for payment.
- Manage the diary and meeting activities for the Head of Technology Services. Proactively identifying priorities and requirements.
- Co-ordinate operational planning and financial reporting cycle to ensure compliance with Group policy and agreed reporting requirements.
- Deliver monthly expense reports and analysis for IT & Operations Director and Departmental Managers to track and audit expenditure, forecasts and cost projections against departmental budgets.
- Escalate issues to relevant personnel to ensure costs are managed within budget.
- Collate and submit monthly accruals, journals and expense reports in line with Group Finance requirements and deadlines.
- Conduct detailed financial reports for Group IT & Operations delivering analyses, journals and reconciliations as required.
- Provide budget & expense report information to input into the Group Monthly Executive Report.
- Manage the Internal and Regional Recharge Process for IS Products and Services, in line with
- Comply with Group policy and procedure on budgetary and financial management, including account reconciliation.
- Manage the business as usual financial relationships with existing IT & Operations suppliers and customers.
