The Assignment
We are seeking an Interim to come into a retail banking business and set up group Policy Assurance. This will involve setting up the standards and framework where the current policies and procedures basically need simplifying and segregating for Commercial banking retail and corporate banking policies.
The main element here is someone that can support the head of frameworks to ensure policy & framework are maintained
Assist the head of credit frameworks in formulating risk appetite
Break down and understand (with delivery to the business) the difference between 101P (Policies) Procedures and KPI's
