My client, a leader in the banking and finance industry is currently looking for a senior business analyst.
The purpose of this role is to work collaboratively as part of a team to support the planning, organising, control and delivery of a range of small, medium and large sized projects within the Programme portfolio.
You may also be responsible for delivering small change projects or delivering workstreams as part of a larger Change programme. This will include the development and deployment of Lean capability to drive improvement in service delivery and develop a customer driven culture across businesses
Experience Required:
* Proven track record of undertaking detailed analysis/problem resolution and use of analytical tools
* Knowledge/experience of Change Management/project management practices/methodologies
* Can demonstrate understanding of Project life cycle planning
* Ability to build strong relationships
* Demonstrable track record in stakeholder management
* Commercial and Financial Awareness
You will Support the Business and PM in ensuring steps taken to identify impact of Cash electronic ISAs across the Group. Business requirements need to be written to allow Tech services to deliver system changes quickly and agree scope of work.
Experience working with ISA's will be extremely beneficial.
