Our Client is a Global bank which is looking for a Qualified Auditor, with strong financial services experience, to assist in the compiling of IFRS Compliant Statutory Accounts and Yearend reports.
This role is a 4 month contract with the possibility of extension once the contract has been completed with a Global Bank that has great presence within the UK. Our client is looking for someone to assist their existing team with the compiling of year end reports in line with IFRS regulation and so is looking for a candidate who has experience in Datamodelling and evaluation of business problems, whilst also being able to recommend and initiate change through senior managers.
Key Roles and responsibilities:
- Monitor control systems and procedures and recommend improvements in order to minimize financial loss
- Undertake a full range of Datamodelling and analysis activities
- Carry out a technically complex and sophisticated range of activities and assignments
- Make recommendations and initiate change through senior managers
- Experience in the preparation of IFRS compliant Statutory Accounts
- Background in the financial services
- The ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Strong academics, including an Accounting or Auditing qualification.
