Currently looking for an eFX Application Support Analyst to work within a Global Investment Bank based in London.
The eFX Application Support Analyst will join the team responsible for second line support for the eFX Risk Sales and Client Service Teams teams in EMEA, Asia Pac and Americas.
Responsibilities:
Provide second line application support for the eFX application suite including the support of the interfaces across the platforms for both internal and external clients globally.
Maintaining an excellent relationship with the eFX business by providing expert advice and precise updates on technical issues relating to the eFX platform
Resolve complex system related queries on applications under the support remit
Providing effective support documentation and knowledge transfer
Required experience:
Excellent working knowledge of SuSe and RedHat Linux, Solaris, Shell scripting, Networking concepts, Monitoring tools, Sybase/Oracle, FX and MM eCommerce
Support experience within a trading environment
