Senior Dynamics CRM Consultant - Dynamics (xRM)The successful candidate joins a new team tasked with delivering a CRM function.
The team is organised as an agile unit with responsibility for both the strategic direction of the function and day to day support.
75% of the role will involve project work covering diverse projects such as Telephone Integration, Roll Out to new desks, retirement of Legacy CRM solutions, and interfacing to data providers.
Up to 25% of the role will involve support of the user base. There are initially 4 different business units on the platform with different customisations and business processes and a user base of about 300 users. The support aspects of the role will involve user administration, training, trouble-shooting, and small changes.
The vision for the team is for it to be strongly capable from a Dynamics perspective while at the same time adding significant value to the business through knowledge and experience of the discipline of CRM.
