Finance Transformation Manager

We are currently recruiting on behalf of a leading banking organisation for Finance Transformation Manager to provide some depth and experience to the finance function, implementing tactical improvements and developing a strategic change plan.
The Finance Transformation Manager will be responsible for the following:
* Assessment of the current state of Finance - assessing weaknesses and designing a programme for change & improvement
* Implementing measurable short-term tactical improvements
* Developing and planning the longer term strategic needs
* Assessing the impact of the KYC Services on Finance on how & where we currently operate - enhancing and developing the function to meet this large and rapidly growing requirements
* Provide support to and financial leadership and support to the existing project change function
* The individual will work with change function, developing the cost benefit business model, improving source data and agreeing financial reporting requirements
Candidates applying for this Finance Transformation Manager role will need to demonstrate:
* Experience of working within a large banking environment
* Experience of working cross functionally within an organisation
* Experience of working within a global remit and accustomed to a Matrix reporting structure
* Ideally a qualified accountant with a background in management accounting
* Experience of identifying and making improvements in a financial environment
* Understanding the financial needs of non-financial staff
* Strong analysis & problem solving ability
* Process improvement
* Strong influencing and inter-personal skills
* Ability to develop structure
