C# WPF developer wanted by a leading Investment Bank, to work on Front End development on a Flow Risk Platform.Key responsibilities for the C# Developer include:
• Development and design of the C#/WPF/.NET 4.0 Front End component of the Flow Risk platform, working in a team environment.
• The role requires disciplines such as event driven/multithreaded development, design patterns, user interface design, TDD and automated acceptance testing, development estimation, code reviews, business interaction.
Key Skills required by the C# Developer include:
• Strong software engineering skills.
• Excellent C#/.NET 4.0/3.5/Linq/IoC/Rx/TPL
• Strong WPF, MVVM
• Agile development experience including test driven development (TDD) and continuous integration.
• Ability to write reliable, quality code applying best design practices.
• Proven track record in working on large-scale distributed systems in an Agile manner.
• Experience with cross-platform messaging environments and serialization formats.
• Front Office development experience would be an advantage, especially equity derivatives and risk and P&L systems.
• Graduate degree is prerequisite, preferably in maths, physics, or computer science
