Customer Services Workstream Lead My client is looking for a candidate to work as part of the programme team working on a transformation project. The candidate will be responsible for design and deliver a customer survey, define customers, customer groups and their attributes and develop a true understanding of customer needs. The successful candidate will have strong experience and ability in designing and delivering customer surveys, customer segmentation and customer needs analysis.
