1 year contract for a Sr. Business Requirements Lead with Caliber RM experience to work on Smart Grid project.
Duties include:
Collecting and analysing the Advanced Metering Infrastructure (AMI) and Neighborhood Area Network (NAN) projects business requirements and transferring the same knowledge to development team.
Work with Requirements Management lead to manage requirements in CaliberRM. Evaluating the data collected through task analysis, business process, surveys and workshops.
Work with business unit's Subject Matter Experts to refine requirements so that accurate technical designs and specifications may be developed. Provide input to the development team during the development stage of product to meet the client's business needs.
Prepare accurate and detailed requirement specifications documents, user interface guides, and functional specification documents. Communicate effectively with external clients and internal teams to deliver product's functional requirements like screen, interface, reports, and GUI designs.
Document the acquired results of analysis and workflows as well as obtaining sign-off from the appropriate client. Work with business unit subject matter exports to design and execute the test scripts and test scenarios through User Acceptance Testing.
Coordinate with the groups of business unit who test, validate, evaluate new applications and functions, and determine issues in services and software. Manage any change requests related to the working project plans daily to meet the agreed deadlines.
Experience with CaliberRM and HPQC desirable
Advanced skills in Ms Word, Outlook, and Excel. Solid mathematical aptitude and effective project management skills. BS Degree required., MS Degree desired. Previous experience working in the Energy or Utility industry a plus.
