Experience:
* MSC/H.N.D. in Computer Science/Engineering
* Minimum of 4 years commercial programming experience
Technical skills:
o Java, JSP, Velocity, JavaScript, Ajax
o J2EE-environment with EJB and web applications
o Agile/scrum
o Relational database experience
o OOA/OOD
Desirable:
* Social skills, good communicator
* Ability to work at a fast pace in a demanding environment with changing priorities
* Ability to quickly learn new techniques and standards
* Commitment to producing results
* Experience of commercial or open source Web CMS's would be advantageous
* Experience in the media industry would be advantageous
